PRIVATE HIRE

We welcome individuals hiring from us, however we have to stress that you are responsible for the safe keeping of the equipment while it is in your care. 

All equipment is charged at our standard rates for 1 day and Weekend hires, for projectors, are at £70.00 plus VAT (Friday Afternoon - Monday Morning).
We require private hirers to pick up from our offices.

How To Order

1. Send an email to sales@av2hire.com with the following:
• Your landline telephone number
• The Date you want to pick-up the equipment from us
• The Equipment you require
• We will then send you a Confirmation email including details of how to get to us
• Bring along your Passport or Driving Licence - we require these as security for safe return of equipment
• Collect your equipment

It's important you follow these instructions otherwise we may not be able to hire you the equipment.
