We welcome individuals hiring from us, however we have to stress that you are responsible for the safe keeping of the equipment while it is in your care.

We require private hirers to pick up from our offices and we charge weekend hires for projectors at Ł70.00 plus VAT (Friday Afternoon - Monday Morning), all other equipment will be charged at our standard rates for 1 day.

To book, Please send us an Email including your landline telephone number and the date you will be picking the equipment also stating what equipment you require, we will then Email you back a confirmation with details of how to get to us.

If you do not follow these instructions, it is possible that we may not be able to hire you the equipment.

We require you to leave your Passport or Driving Licence as security on the safe return of the equipment.
